Italian Beef Brisket
Preheat oven to 225° or use slow cooker on medium heat. Place beef brisket in roasting pan or slow cooker. Cover with water and seasoning mix, using one package of mix per 2 cups water (your mixture will depend on size of brisket).
Slow cook for 1 hour per pound. This will come out tender and delicious. Use the leftovers for Italian style beef sandwiches.
