BBQ Beef Brisket
Preheat oven to 275° or use slow cooker for no mess. To prepare in oven use oven bag with a little flour (Amount depends on size of brisket. There is no need to do exact measuring).
In mixing bowl mix pineapple, juice, brown sugar and ketchup. Pour over beef. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Want a little zing? Add some hot sauce or onions.
Use your favorite BBQ sauce with a little water. Slow cook 1 hour per pound. Serve with slaw and a roll.
