Parmesan Cube Steak

  • 1 Egg White (lightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • Pepper
  • ½ cup Crushed Saltines
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Cube Steaks
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 - 15 oz. jar Pizza Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Combine egg white, water and pepper. Set aside. Combine saltines and cheese. Dip each steak into egg mixture, then coat with dry mixture. In large skillet melt butter. Brown steaks on both sides. Add pizza sauce and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with remaining crumb mixture.

Sprinkle extra parmesan on top before serving.

Melt your favorite cheese on top before serving.
