Spinach-Stuffed Cube Steaks - 4 Cube Steaks
- ¼ cup Pesto
- 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
- 1 package Frozen Spinach (drained and chopped)
- ½ cup Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Cooking Instructions Flatten each cube steak to ½-inch thick. Spread pesto over each steak, sprinkle with onion. Divide spinach and spread on steaks. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place steaks in slow cooker on medium for 1 hour or in pan on stove top turning occasionally. Cover with beef broth and garlic. Remove from pan and use cornstarch to make gravy. Pour over steak and serve.
