Spinach-Stuffed Cube Steaks

  • 4 Cube Steaks
  • ¼ cup Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 package Frozen Spinach (drained and chopped)
  • ½ cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cooking Instructions

Flatten each cube steak to ½-inch thick. Spread pesto over each steak, sprinkle with onion. Divide spinach and spread on steaks. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place steaks in slow cooker on medium for 1 hour or in pan on stove top turning occasionally. Cover with beef broth and garlic. Remove from pan and use cornstarch to make gravy. Pour over steak and serve.
